How does it work?

It is therefore important to break the usual patterns and create new different healthy ways of getting a similar effect that taking a break and having a cigarette has for most people. For example instead of having a cup of coffee in the morning sitting outside on the deck ort he balcony with a cigarette a client might decide to drink a cup of tea sitting in the kitchen while reading the paper for a few weeks.
Most people experience hypnosis as relaxing and energizing and walk out after a first session as a non-smoker. Some people need more than one session to kick the habit for good.
